Post #10: Me Time
I am experiencing a lot of stress with the transition to online classes, my return home, isolation, and the pandemic we are currently living through. Because of this I have taken it upon myself to find ways to distress and stay entertained. I have been doing a lot of puzzles and art. I have been painting, collaging, writing, and sculpting. I also have been taking very nice and relaxing self care bubble baths. I find these really help me with my stress levels. Doing these things has helped me greatly with coping with this transition.
